The Amish are traditional Mennonites who don’t believe in electronic devices, mirrors, electricity, or baptism at birth. Lancaster County was the first Amish settlement in the United States. You’ll know when you arrive, as you’ll also find yourself in the heart of Amish Country PA, where you’ll see people dressed in plain clothes and driving via horse and buggy.
